Profiles may include facility identity and location, care types, California licensing information, publicly available licensing history, questions families may want to ask, and links to related planning resources.
We distinguish allegations from substantiated findings and do not treat the existence of a complaint as proof that an allegation was true. Facility-specific photography is used only when we can verify the location and have an appropriate basis to display it.
