Our website is currently hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed using Netlify's form-handling service. Information may also be shared with service providers or professionals needed to fulfill a request you made.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other highly sensitive information through these general website forms.
We intend to retain lead information only as long as reasonably needed for the request and legitimate business/legal purposes. A production launch should add a monitored contact address for privacy, correction, and deletion requests.
